You sit in a tiny room with Kevin, he's probably wearing jeans and sandals, and if you make him laugh, you got it. Basically just be cool. Answer honestly. He's pretty relaxed usually but make sure you're consistent.

It was slightly informal. They interview me in the seating area of the store and just asked me a series of simple questions. It was a lot less tense than other interviews I have had. I was hired the day after my interview and I had my first shift within a week.
