Very similar to applying to the big warehouse jobs like amazon or fedex, basic questions about availability and work history, and why you want to get into caregiving. Very basic interview. other people will probably be there too.

The process was easy and they asked good questions. They gave me a lot of information about the position and what the expectations would be. They told be about the environment and how they operate on a day to day basis as well. I also got to sit and watch someone for an hour to get real insight on the position.
