Interview
The opening itself is very competitive with many applicants. The first round interview was a written test, which consisted of Part A and Part B (if a person completed an online submission, he/she will be exempted with Part A). Later I get proceeded to the next stage. It is a group discussion session (or something like "Career Day") and every candidate was very excited to voice their opinion. It also included 2 presentation session on the day. I was invited to the 3rd stage, which is still a small group interview with their HR but every candidate will be given an equal amount of time to speak. I didn't get proceeded in the final interview but overall speaking the experience is positive. Longer time frame but still justifiable considering their number of applicants involved.

1 st interview: group interview-case discussion, preparation and randomly be assigned to a team of 5 for sharing opinions about the same case. After discussion, interviewers will ask other applicants to raise questions about your speech.
