Newark Public Schools interview questions

At the time I was hired, I was interviewed. Y the first principal who contacted me. I should have waited until I was contacted by a school I really wanted to work for. I didn't know anything about the school I was being hired for and it was one of the worst experiences of my life winding up where I did. I know not everyone has the same experience. The interview itself, I was qualified and they just wanted to confirm that I'd be able to work in September. I said the right things and they really didn't seem all that picky at the time. It wasn't a rigorous process.

The Interview process was very quick but the hiring process took about a month long. The interview was pretty easy, very laxed, and comfortable in my opinion. There was no feelings of nervousness.
