I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at NexRep in Mar 2014
Interview
The interview process was simple. I was contacted via phone by my interviewer. My interviewer asked me a series of questions pertaining to my sales experience as well as "How would you handle..." questions. I was then sent a link with a welcome packet and information on how to sign up for training. The difficult part was answering specific sales related questions.

Interview
Pretty simple. You select a time you would like for a hiring agent to call you. The hiring agent asks why you would like to work for them and you discuss if you are better with sales or customer service. The hiring agent also asks about equipment that is necessary for the position to ensure you have what is needed. That's basically it.

None, they just want to hear that you have a nice voice on the phone and can speak clearly. You speak to someone nice on the phone and they tell you how wonderful everything is going to be. Be skeptical.
