Next I.T. interview questions

No real interview process, was reached out to on LinkedIn by owner and came in for a short interview. Strange part was they did a background check after the first interview, which I've never had happen before. That being said, I was disqualified due to two very minor civil infractions that happened years ago. A little ridiculous. Based on most of the reviews on Glassdoor (aside from the obviously fake ones), I'm happy that I wasn't selected to continue the hiring process.

There is no interview processes...i met with the owner and answered some questions and got an offer that week. Never met with any human resource person or manager.
