I applied online. I interviewed at Nia Impact Advisors, LLC
Interview
Interview had 5+ rounds including filling out an initial questionnaire, a screening call, a group interview (with the other candidates for the job), a technical assignment (3-4 hrs), a follow up call about the technical assignment, a 'culture fit' interview with the full team, and then 1+ 1:1 calls with the CEO

Question 1
Give a detailed description of a time you solved a simple problem in a work setting.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nia Impact Advisors, LLC (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Quick phone interview. The interviewers didn't seem all that engaged or interested in the conversation. It felt as though I was driving the conversation forward and asking more questions than they were. It wasn't a difficult interview, just a weird one.

Question 1
"Tell us about yourself"
"Why are you interested in impact investing?"
"Give us an example of a time you received negative feedback and how did you respond to it?"
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nia Impact Advisors, LLC (Berkeley, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
The most extended, detailed, precise, nitpicking, persnickety and strange interview ever. Had to jump through numerous hoops and not given proper resources to conduct assessments. The first step was answering various scenario questions. The next was editing a document in adobe reader not acrobat (can't edit in reader) appropriate software (ended up being a mess based on what was provided). Worst interview experience I have ever had. Multi step process took at least 5 hours and there were at least three additional steps to complete. Save your time and try a different company.

Question 1
Very first question without introduction or building report but was meant to break the ice, but set entire interview off on a very bad tone was, "If you were a kitchen appliance, what would you be and why."
