Had one short phone call with the recruiter to talk about my experience and interest in the position, to screen me. Very kind and helpful woman. About a week or two later they called me saying i was being given an interview. It was going to be two hours with three or 4 different teams, and a few members of each team. Everyone was really friendly and the questions weren't grilling me too hard, just about my experience and interests relating to the teams role. About a week or two later I got a call with an offer. The pay was not as high as some companies, however everyone was very kind and willing to work with me on my graduation date and circumstances preventing me from starting the program at a regular time. The team ready went out of their way to give me an offer that would fit my needs. Everyone was very kind and professional throughout the process. I had to reject due to circumstances out of my control but this company is definitely on my list for the future, due to their culture and values.
