I was called for an interview several days after sending in my application. I was told I would be contacted within 2 weeks, but received no word after a month. It would have been nice to hear, either way.

behavioral interviews, first thru phone screening and then with the hiring manager. mostly conventional questions i have heard before, with an emphasis upon storytelling and showcasing interest for the position.

Recruiter call, then an interview with hiring manager. Pretty straightforward process overall with behavioral questions asked related to the role and how you work on a team, your passions, etc.
The interview process went through very smoothly and had a great conversational flow for both rounds. My best advice would be to show your personality and who you are as a person. At the end of the day, they are hiring to see if you would be a good fit for the company and its culture.
