One interview in Teams with the HR manager - seemed nice and friendly. Drove 3h to meet them on the second interview, the managers were clearly lost and were not prepared with no question, I drove the interview myself. Once done, I never received any answer, neither after my thank you note, nor after an email, a whatsapp message and a voice message. I have tried calling back and never got an answer, this is not respectful at all. I have seen afterwards that the person they choose had 0 experience in the field. Seems like the human part of human ressources has vanished.
