Interview was casual - it involved a phone screener, an online assessment (math questions, analytic scenarios), an in person interview with hiring manager (very conversational and around my background and knowledge)
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nielsen (Schaumburg, IL) in Jun 2014
Interview
Interview first with the recruiter which is the basic HR phone interview. Then got to meet with the hiring manager, the HR business person (separate from the recruiter) and the director. Once i was basically selected (not officially) I had to take an assessment that is similar to the GMAT in terms of questions and difficulty. That was probably the hardest part.

The next week I did 4 back to back 30 minute interviews at Nielsen to meet the team I'd potentially be on. 7 days later I received an offer.
