Simple and easy. Walked in, had an informal conversation and was offered the job with a start date. Questions were to the point about experience and willingness to learn to learn on the job.

The interview process was very comfortable. I was shown around the store and was able to ask as many questions as I liked. They asked questions like what my availability looked like, what my weaknesses and strengths were and I spoke with the manager and the owner.
