Well the good thing about the company is that it is small and hence you might expect to get some good opportunities in terms of learning curve. But for the sales individual they expect that from the first day the sales person should start selling dedicated resource. Also, they will tell you to manage the full sales cycle including generating leads (without any management assistance). In fact the owner said there isn't such sales management in place. So If I sum up, if you can actually deliver what this guy is asking then you better start your own agency. Also recruitment will follow up too much but they won't care to write a single line about the actual feedback.
