Applied through their website. I was invited a couple days later to meet with one of their managers. Had a conversation for about an hour where they asked about my tech background. Was put into contact with the CTO a few weeks later and was asked to meet with him and an engineer for an hour. Had a similar conversation with them as well. Was told 2 weeks later that they decided to go in another direction for this position. Was ultimately a lot of waiting; I appreciated the lack of coding test and meeting in person.
