The interview process was relaxed and informal. Each interviewer was exceptionally friendly and took the time to get to know me personally, discussing my hobbies, interests, and background before moving on to formal interview questions. This friendly and unexpected approach made the experience enjoyable; I spent about 15-20 minutes "chit-chatting" with the hiring manager before we began the formal part of the interview.
The process consisted of five stages:
- A screening call with HR.
- A call with the manager to discuss responsibilities and role specifics.
- A semi-technical interview with the IT/Engineering Director.
- A culture interview with senior management.
- A follow-up with HR on the process, followed by a formal offer.
The entire process moved quickly and efficiently, and I was able to complete all the interviews in less than two weeks.
Overall, the experience was pleasant and engaging, making the interview process feel more like a conversation than a traditional interview.
