Norman S. Wright interview questions

The hiring process was very relaxing. I feel the interview was more geared towards getting to know me and how I would fit in the office rather than my experience or educational background. Working in a small office, about 15 workers altogether, it is important that everyone works well together to keep a positive dynamic within the workspace.

Pre-interview questions were with the head of the HR Department. Actual interview was with the President of the company. It was the typical interview process with the standard questions about previous experience in the industry.
