Norstella interview questions

The interview process was standard for a CSM role, average difficulty. Overall, the process included a recruiter call, 2 interviews with leadership & a final 45 minute presentation delivered to a panel, with provided prompts. Interviews were pleasant & professional, but the process was lengthy. Good to understand before beginning.

Poor. After a 2 stage interview, x1 with HR & x1 with potential line manager. After the interview process and being told an answer either way would be provided within 2 weeks the company did not provide any further communication to my follow up emails and phone calls , Not even a polite decline. Instead the company ghosted me.
