Phone Interview. -with Department Manager. -Asked multiple questions about detail. On-Site Interview. -Interviewed with 3 Upper Managers. -Interview was pretty calm. -Relaxing conference room.

Met with supervisor, discussed the plant, business, and our role. There were some basic engineering questions but nothing too difficult. After talking I was taken on a tour of the plant to see how the manufacturing process worked. This job also requires frequent travel out of the country so there was some discussion on travel ability and desire.
