I had to email my current supervisor my resume and provide 3 references. I was interviewed by my supervisor. She then also called my references to talk to them about me and if I would make a good candidate for the position.

Applied online, was contacted a few weeks later for an interview. Interview went well, mainly asked questions about previous experience and personality questions. Got the job on the spot after the interview.
