There was no phone screen prior to this interview, just straight into 1:1. The first part of the interview was with HR. She came in wearing flip-flops which was unexpected. She was extremely friendly and asked all the basic questions HR would ask. Afterwards was with two senior supply chain managers. The first was very nice and seemed like a really great guy. The second was the first's manager, was a little older and seemed like he was maybe in a less then great mood. The hiring manager had my resume fully reviewed and marked up with high lighted segments and sidebar notes written. That showed me that he was really interested and actually reviewed my resume as opposed to some other interviews where they've barely looked at it let along read it. NSI really seems like a terrific place to work.
