I applied online, and was contacted by a recruiter a few weeks later. After an initial phone screening, I was asked to submit a writing sample, and was later contacted for a face to face interview with HR. The HR interview was very standard, however there were a few logic tests. I then was asked to submit another writing sample and perform an aptitude test. I was later contacted for a final round of 4 separate interviews. After about 2 weeks, I was told someone else was chosen for the position. Everyone was friendly and seemed to really like their job at Northridge. The interview process was long, however the recruiter did let me know about the entire process in the initial phone screening. My only complaint is that I was told my current compensation was out of the range for that specific position in the final interview, although I had indicated that requirement much earlier in the process.
