No advance notice that an activity/task needs to be completed.
For the role that was being recruited for I believe I could’ve done the job with my eyes closed. From the feedback I felt that the interviewer want someone like Einstein. Felt questions around the task that was threw at the candidate unexpectedly wasn’t required etc. Gave no thought that this was thrown at them as a suprise. Clearly the position might I mention only 1 that was recruited for went to someone internally then why bother interviewing externally and raising hopes. If a person didn’t get the job which both interviewers knew let them know asap instead of keeping them hanging on for a week.
