Northwards Housing interview questions

Quite a brief interview, lasting about 30 minutes. Interviewers had 6 prepared questions and didn't ask anymore. One of the questions was about dealing with complaints. I wasn't asked directly to relay what info I'd learnt about the company. Apparently it's company policy to offer feedback to interviewees but no call/email was made advising whether or not I was successful. I also emailed to chase feedback but didn't get a response.
