Behavior based interview, focus was not on what you can bring to our company but what have you done in your past that makes you a candidate? It was very conversational, as if you were talking to a friend or someone you were just getting to know.

Very professional and well prepared. Office spaces looked organized and clean. Interviewer was very friendly and relaxed which helped me feel comfortable in his office and also feel welcome. Questions were straight to the point and not too difficult. People in the office seemed to like the atmosphere and were very professional.
