I applied through other source. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Northwestern Mutual (New York, NY)
Interview
Everyone with whom I interacted was very friendly. The lady that interviewed me was engaging and interested in hearing not only why I might be a good fit for the company, but also about my personal career goals. She told me all about the training program and about the trajectory for growth within in the company. After the interview, she sent me two online personality assessment tests to determine whether I would be a good fit for that position. Because of my score on that test, I was not called back for a second interview.

Question 1
Most of the questions were standard interview questions.
There were four or five interviews, if you count the meeting with my future mentor. There were also a few personality assessments. Lots of paperwork. The finance industry is tightly regulated.
The first interview was easygoing and went fairly well. We talked a little on myself and what northwestern was all about. Because they wanted to see how I could fit in to their team and what I would bring.
