The application process consisted of four rounds. The first round was an information session that you attended with twenty or so other hopefuls. The next three rounds are just your basic interviews that you hold with different directors. You also have two assignments to complete as well between rounds.

The interview process was not that professional. It was basically a sales pitch why you should join their company. They said that you didn't need any prior financial knowledge despite it being a finance role. They claimed that they will teach you everything you will need to be an expert which doesn't make sense when people like me are in school for a finance degree.

The first round I had a zoom call and the first 20 minutes of it I was asked basic interview questions. Last 10 minutes of the interview she was giving me a presentation.
