Went to initial interview, took career assessment test after, then met with the managing director for an interview. Once offered a position, I had to pass a background check and formally apply to the company.

Decently fast paced. With great employees that asked great questions. I was thorough w my responses and didn’t apply too much pressure with assertiveness. There were a few questions I wasn’t fully prepared for so study prior to any interview anyways.
Incredibly easy, you'd need to give them a reason not to take you. I got a job in 10 minutes over the phone from getting a referral from someone. Not going to complain though.
interviewed with two Financial advisors -- not a standard interview -was more of a conversation - very laid back compared to other formal interviews-- follow up received next business day for 2nd interview
