The interview was conducted in the front of the store with the manager and lasted around 15 minutes. She asked a series of questions about my experience within the workplace (am I punctual, do I work well on a team)

It was a bit awkward. They start the interview out in the front while customers are ordering and such and then take you into the back room to show you where the baking and frosting and all of that is done. Overall it was fairly simple.
