Nothing unexpected. The interview is very similar to what you would get at Google or any other large technical company. Algorithms, data structures, system design, thinking out loud. Refresh your stuff on your resume and be prepared to answer questions.

It's essential to demonstrate that you can really go deep... there are plenty of followup questions and (sometimes tangential) angles to explore. There's a lot of Senior Systems Software Engineer experts who've worked at Akamai, who provide this sort of practice through mock interviews.
