We're so sorry to hear you had such a poor experience when interviewing with us earlier this year. We've only just claimed our employer profile and seen this review hence the delay in responding.
Suffice to say, the experience you had falls a long way short of the standard we aim for, and and we take full responsibility for the poor impression it created. We've since made a significant number of changes to the way in which we run our interview process which, based on recent feedback, we are confident has vastly improved.
