I had a lovely interview process. First stage was interview with the hiring manager (who was the Executive Assistant), answering questions about my past relevant work experience and what I could bring to this role. It felt more like a conversation which is always great with interviews! The interviewer made me feel calm and shared a lot of insight into the role, the team and the company which was so helpful! Ultimately I decided to withdraw my application but if a role opens up that is more in line with what I am looking for, I would 100% go for it again, seems like a really lovely team in the London office.
I was told the second interview would be with the Head of HR and then a final interview with one of the senior leaders in the team - so 3 rounds in total.
