Novato, CA interview questions

I was given 30 minutes to answer 10 of the their questions. The entire interview was comprised of entirely behaviorial interview questions. Once we got through the questions I had 3 minutes to ask any questions of my own before they had to move on to the next candidate. The interview was extremely inpersonal and I withdrew my application for it immediately after. I would never work for an organization that employed such stuffy and conservative interviewing practices.
