Interview
2 rounds. First round 30 mins with HR - purely behavioral. Second Round with Team - behavioral with some technical questions- no leetcode. Got a call a week later with the offer.

Leadership Experiences - I was a TA so this was pretty easy for me.
Very quick and responsive at the beginning. After behavioral, was informed that I would hear back by end of week; turned into three weeks with still not hearing anything back.
