I applied online. I interviewed at NuSil Technology
Interview
After the initial application online I had a phone interview. I was then brought in for a 1 on 1 interview and took a relatively easy skills test.It tested basic reading comprehension, math skills etc. The interview was fairly typical. They asked about past experience education, what you would bring to the organization. A week or two later I was offered a position which I accepted.

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NuSil Technology in Aug 2014
Interview
first got a phone call interview. Just some basic questions about your education background and working experience. Then about several days later, they schedule an interview. The interview is more about behavior questions. So get prepared. Not much about technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NuSil Technology (Santa Barbara, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Interview process was multidisciplinary and behavioral based. People from several functions asked questions about both previous work and future desires. Most people at the company seemed very young. From speaking with employees prior to interviewing, the top management gets more than their fair share of compensation especially since the cost of living in the area is super high. Pay for others outside of management seemed to be very low even if it were a job in a less costly area. This was the case for my offer. They even suggested that getting another job is a good idea during the offer discussions.
