Nulixir Production Manager interview questions

Interviewer was late to interview. (Which I spent days prepping for) Asked me two questions and said because I didn't have a degree, which the position description doesn't mention that he might consider me for other positions but not this one. He also said that my 13 years experience "wasn't enough" and that he was looking for someone with 15 years. Never got to discuss my qualifications and ended the interview abruptly. Interviewer doesn't seem to have much experience interviewing and there was no format or method of questioning.
