Question 1
Is there anything you know that may hinder your ability to perform the duties of the job?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (DuBois, PA)
Interview
I sat down with the representative from Nulton, the warden, and the current forensic counselor. They each took turns asking scenario-style questions. The interview was somewhat extensive, and the warden monopolized the discussion. I think the interview went well but you can tell within minutes whether they think you're a viable candidate or not. Which is fine, the only thing I really disliked is that they do not tell you you were not chosen. I called to follow up two weeks after the interview, and my call was ignored so I left a message. My message was never returned. It seems slightly unprofessional to not inform candidates of a rejection. I would have liked the opportunity to receive feedback so I could do better in the future.

Question 1
What are you going to do if the correctional officers say condescending things to you about your role in the jail
The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Nulton Diagnostic and Treatment Center (Altoona, PA) in Mar 2017
Interview
Interview was very relaxed, one on one. She explained the job duties to me and then ask if I would still be interested and then proceeded to ask me questions such as my qualifications and why I felt I would be a good fit for the position. She laid out a scenario and I had to tell her how I would handle the situation. We closed up with pay and benefit overview.
