I quickly forgot about it and almost 4 weeks later I received an interview request to interview with the head of HR. I should have trusted my instincts. First the video interview and then it took insanly long to reach out. Super unprofessional. The interview was rushed and went into great length on the dysfunction happening overall. I kind of gave up towards the end of the interview knowing there was no way I was moving forward with this company. She stated she would reach out for a second interview (no way was I going)following week, but the next week received a generic rejection letter-completely okay by me.
