I was invited via email to participate in a video interview. Some of the questions were a video response with a limit to response time. Other questions were text response with unlimited response time. I have about 5 video questions and maybe 7 text. If you can make sure you are participating in this interview with a desktop or a laptop. My desktop doesn't have a camera so I participated in the interview using my phone. The video portion work fine for this but typing in long answers using my phone along with googles famous spell check didn't work great. Whole process lasted a little over a half hour. I had a negative experience with Nutrien as I spent considerable time preparing and going through the process only to get absolutely nothing back from HR. I find it unacceptable business practice that HR keeps you guessing forever.
