Got a call from the HR Advsior and was later sent a pre-screening questionnaire to fill out and submit. 2 days later I got an email invitation for a face to face interview with one of the managers and the HR advisor. 2 weeks after the initial interview I was invited for a 2nd interview, this time, with fellow peers I would likely be working with. Overall, the interview process was great and well organized.
Very rigorous process. Many questions were asked. Most of the questions were situational. Did not feel pressure while giving an interview. Smooth and all the processing post interview was fast. Highly recommended.

Interview
Nutrien utilizes one-way interviews and then you typically do not hear from them again. I've done two interviews with Nutrien, both involved an interview with HR and then a one-way recorded interview after. Both times resulted in being ghosted until I reached out a few weeks later to update my status. Normally I don't mind if I get ghosted from the application phase but to do it after interviewing is pretty tacky.

Technical interview- lots of questions. Long hours. Good luck. Don’t recommend job. Higher management expects long hours. Political and not much diversity in the teams. Low retention. Go elsewhere not here
