It was easy to set up the first phone screening, but took 3 weeks to have an answer about next steps.
The interview went positively, but when salary expectations were mentioned the tone changed a bit (their benchmarked salary was around 10k less than what I would consider to be reasonable for the role). The scope of the admin/ops role was very broad and sounded like it involved a lot of oversight spanning multiple domains (recruiting, supervision, staffing, client relationship management) that aligned more closely with a manager level position instead of a mid-level position. I have worked in the industry before, and it is unfortunately common for agencies to have ill defined admin/ops positions that combine multiple roles into one position and are benchmarked at a lower level role title in order to save on operational fixed costs. The benefits package did not sound impressive.

Personal questions about yourself, describes the company, then interview questions. Questions about the company are then open to the interviewee. Hourly rate expectations will be asked. They state how their CFY program is created and about the clinical manager position.
