Why this department? Tell me about a time you had to meet simultaneous deadlines? Do you have experience in drafting reports and conducting data analysis? Which category of human rights you are interested in?

Interview
The interview is conducted online. After some short introductions, they asked three questions that were typical for a competency-based interview. They also discussed my availability were I to be accepted and clarified some aspects of the contract.
