I felt that this interview was of sketchy. Not sure what to think. The interview was a group interview and concluded quicker than was said to last by about 25 minutes. Pay structure weird as well

The interview process was very concise, good, nice people, nice work environment, informative. There was a cold call interview first where I talked to who I assume is the recruiter, then they are able to move you to the next round of interviews. Then, after that first interview,there is a 45 minute long interview. This inervirw consists of half questions and half informative about the actual role and what it will consist of. I'm still waiting to hear back if i got an offer or not.
