Process en 4 étapes, très long mais sans forcèment avoir des réponses sur le poste, et à la fin on vous dit non sans trouver de réelle raison, en plus on vous pose des questions qui n'ont pas vraiment de lien avec le poste ni avec les qualifications

Interview
A chaotic and disorganized hiring process that gives an insight about the life at the company. Most tech is handled by the CEO who seems to be comptetent but with control tendencies. No tech organization and the company is running on/with interns which is a big red flag.
A waste of time and money for a weird on-site interview where all seemed disinterested. no feedback given. they most certaintly low-balled an offer to somone or hired another intern. don't waste your time with this company.
We are sad and surprised you had such a bad experience with our hiring process.
Concerning the process, we welcome any feedback if you have any. 4 weeks from beginning to end is quite good timing for such an important role in a tech company.
However for the rest of the information stated in your comment, we would like to specify:
- We have 2 interns over a total of 18 employees - which is I think a very good ratio
- Our CEO & Founder is also the CTO, we then have a Lead developer who runs the team and a Product owner.
