The exercise involved figuring out data models from a hypothetical set of requirements.
- phone interview (basic technical questions asked like HTTP)
- then in person whiteboarding interview.
- asking you how you would make a project and need to write some sample code.

Phone call with the company founder. Then in-person interview with head of UX, company founder, and head of Customer Relations. 1h.30min interview, including personality questions, skills, and a UX review of a website.

They asked me to review a website (transport in British Columbia website) from the point of view of content strategy and Information Architecture, left the room and came back 20 minutes after to hear my presentation with findings and suggestions.
