Interview
I originally applied online through the Oakley website. Then within a two or three weeks I received a phone call to schedule an in person interview with the store manager. I had the in person interview with the store manager which lasted about 30 minutes. They did not require a second interview with me. After that first interview with the store manager I received an offer after a week or two more of waiting.
