Spoke to some recruiters at the SWE career fair, got penned down for an interview the next day. Interview was mostly behavioral with 2 HR reps and a production engineer. Got an offer the next Monday. Process was really quick and efficient.

Multiple stages from HR, hiring managers, peers and other levels of management spanning several weeks. Peer interviews was an interesting addition helping to get insight into how the team and company works at an individual contributor level.

Applied online. Whole process took around 3 months. 2 rounds of interviews within one month after application. One with few managers and the asset director. Second one with hiring manager and his team. Overall behavioral questions but a few technical ones.
