In person interview with three home office folks and managers. Questions were highly structured and followed a specific format that they used. It was me sitting at the end of the table talking to three three managers at the first interview and the same talking with four managers at the second interview.

It Wasn't hard at all.It was and Easy I didn't get nervous at all because the manager was a great person and give me time to answer all the questions he was asking.I don't think other people would of give you time to think about your answers.
