I applied through other source. I interviewed at Office Practicum
Interview
30 min virtual interview, dude joins and you introduce yourself, etc. and then he goes into technical coding problem (very easy) and then some more general technical questions about OOP
one of the driest interviewers ever, made me not want to work there
haven't heard back yet

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Office Practicum (Fort Washington, PA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Virtual interview that was scheduled for thirty minutes with three team members across the finance and accounting team. Interview only lasted for ten minutes and consisted of me mainly asking the questions. Seemed like they really didn't give me the time to explain my experiences.

Question 1
Tell us about your prior work experience?
Why are you interested in finance and accounting?
Rate your excel skills out of 10.
Are you good with technology (mainly because the company is remote)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Office Practicum (Fort Washington, PA) in Feb 2025
Interview
2 tier interview process.
Had a interview with team then interview with Director.
Had a great interview with team members and we clicked then 2nd interview with Director went well but then looks like in her head already decided didn't want me and was waiting for me to fumble on a question to justify cutting the call even though I was nailing every question. There is absolutely no need for a director to be interviewing a candidate for these type roles if they are not your direct report. Lost out on a good job I would excel all due to Director biases of who she wants for the role.
