The interview for intern was not so tough, after HR screening, two account manager interviewed me around 30 mins. it's all about backgrounds, language skills and some scenarios. they look at candidates' personality, as per our manager, it's really important to know if a student is suitable for working in an advertising, so before you apply or interview, u may have to check what personality and character they are looking for

Sent an email into HR and received an interview a week later. Did the interview through online video call. Had to present my favorite advertisement. Basic interview with usual questions. Received internship offer after a few weeks.
