I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ogilvy (Milan) in Nov 2024
Interview
The first step, held with the HR Director only, was mainly focused on an overview of the candidate’s background, with a stronger emphasis on soft skills and overall attitude. The second interview was with the Head of Operations and a Senior Operations Manager, and it focused on one of the potential projects the candidate would be involved in. This step had a more technical approach, with detailed discussions about the project and specific responsibilities.
